The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and be part of this close-nit supportive team. You will need to have previous coffee making experience, enjoy providing a high level of customer service and be flexible to work Monday to Friday between 7am - 4pm.
To Be Successful
- At least two years Barista experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume café/barista role is essential
- Bubbly and friendly person who can hold conversation with clients
- Always maintain a positive attitude to customer satisfaction
- Reliable, enthusiastic and has great communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Must be proactive to deliver high standard coffees to increase revenue
- Able to keep cool in fast paced environment
Key Duties
- Making high standard Barista style coffees
- Coffee machine cleaning and maintenance duties
- Follow Compass Group WHS procedures
- Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner
- General café duties as required including service and cleaning up
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
