About the Role
An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Venue Manager to join the Petrie Hotel. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for a multimillion dollar business and will have the opportunity and support to develop grow the business to meet the changing market demands. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
- an understanding of the expectation of a hospitality venue manager
- proven success in a hospitality management role, ideally with food, gaming & bars
- the ability to professionally lead, manage, train and direct a large multi-skilled team, and,
- an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive for creating sustainable long-term business success
Must be available for weekly day, night and weekend shifts.
Current RMLV, RSA and RSG/RCG are essential.
