Billy's Bistro & Bar at Mercure Ballarat Hotel is seeking guest focused hospitality professionals to join our team. We currently have positions available for a la carte service staff and bar attendants.
All successful candidates must be positively motivated to provide exceptional customer service and will possess the following skills & attributes:
- A la carte service experience and/or strong bar experience
- Strong product knowledge in both food & beverage
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- The ability to work productively in a fast paced environment
- Organisational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure and must work well as part of a team
- A true passion for people, customer service and delivering a great guest experience
- A sense of pride in both their work and appearance
Requirements:
- Current VIC RSA Certificate
- Flexibility in working variable shifts over 7 days, including weekends & public holidays
- Sound food & wine knowledge
- High personal presentation
- Fun, vibrant personality and team player
