Position: Events Function Coordinator is open to experienced person who must display excellent customer service skills, presentation and be competent with office duties, computer skills and display organisational skills. Position: Assistant Functions Coordinator / waiter person Also seeking someone with little or no experience, but must have completed or about to complete university events management course or similar and assist the events office person with emailing, filling, online marketing, also assisting in the front of house with setting up the functions and waiting on tables.
Commission: Sales events person must convert inquiries into sales once a proven track record is displayed. Commission on sales is a definite and we will encourage the commission as we are looking for growth.
Helping Hand: We have a great team which works together and definitely can help in sales and basic office duties if required.
Growth and expansion: Sublime will be undergoing renovations and in doing so we are seeking staff that are continuously looking at personal development and a can-do approach to taking on responsibilities. Also, to help in creating change and improvements to our restaurant function venue.
Our clientele also include tourist bush walkers that are after quick take away and restaurant for breakfast / lunch and functions.
Location: Sublime Point Look Out Restaurant. Only 30 min from Sutherland and 15 min from Wollongong on the Old Princes Hwy nestled in the majestic National Park with sweeping ocean views north to Cronulla south to Kiama.
Opening times 8am to 4pm Wednesday to Sunday and only open one night on average for functions weddings,
