Our client is one of Queensland's fastest growing casual brands with multiple locations across Qld and now we are looking for someone who can be a superstar leader of the Noosa team.
 
We want someone who comes from a casual dining/fast food background that aligns with the pace and volume of the business. Being a true leader means you will need to drive the team from the front and set the example for the rest of the team to follow! We want people with strong experience in managing the back of house as you will have responsibilities that affect the profit of the business!

What we require:

• 2 years experience in a management role
• Understanding of P&L's
• Proven leadership skills
• Passion for service
• Ability to drive results and KPI's
• Understanding of how to train and motivate a team
