Il Lido Italian Canteen is an old seaside art-deco cabaret hall that these days offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, locally roasted Mano a Mano coffee, as well as fantastic ‘cucina povera’ style food and a comprehensive wine program.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic and passionate Commis Chef to join our professional and fast-paced kitchen. We need a team player with excellent communication skills. Eager to contribute to the development of our food business, you’ll have a serious passion for quality, seasonal produce.
You will need to have the relevant industry licences, a Certificate 4 in commercial cookery along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
This position is open to candidates with a Valid Australia Work Visa or those who have a Permanent Residency status for Australia.
