The Role
Our client is looking for a Group Executive Chef to oversee 3 main properties within their portfolio. The role will be based in Port Macquarie on the Mid north coast of NSW, the property has recently undergone major renovations and our client is looking for this key role to oversee and drive the business and kitchen brigades across the brand.
The focus of the Group Executive Chef role is to drive menu development and deliver on trend demographic appropriate food offerings. It is a role which is heavily focused on mentoring and developing the kitchen teams and driving a positive and innovative work environment.
The Food and Beverage outlets that this role would be responsible for include in room dining, restaurants, cafe's, bars, events and conferencing totalling a $12m offering. This role is accountable for financials, systems & procedures, customer service, kitchen operations, human resources, WHS and menu development.
