These types of roles do not come around that often, this is the flagship venue for a growing hospitality group. The venue will be spread across multiple levels of entertainment and opulence. This venue is not due to open until late 2018 but now is the time to submit your interest in the HUGE role.
Take the reins of the new venue from the start, help create the venue from the ground up. Now is your chance to put your stamp on the Melbourne’s hospitality scene and build your team around you. Draw on all your industry contacts and build the management structure underneath you that will include a venue manager, multiple assistant venue managers and a FOH & BOH team of over 250 staff. As you may guess this is a call for a seasoned General Manager who has a great depth of big venue and big operation experience.
Lead the team and take charge of financials, recruitment, training and building the right culture in a new venue that will awards within the first year. The group is now on the brink of expansion and is looking to grow and build on its team at its flagship venue.
Our client has now asked Black Betty Hospitality to put feelers out for a seasoned, experienced and industry known General Manager or Group Manager looking for a change. This is the biggest role of the year for a late 2018 opening, now looking at candidates to start ASAP.
