Who we are

Established kitchen that is ready for a Pastry CDP and strong sous pastry chef to come on board to follow the instructions and guide of a pastry kitchen expert.

Who we are looking for:

The right candidate will need:

• 2 years’ experience in production/pastry Kitchen for CDP and 10 years valuable experience for strong sous chef to lead the team in head pastry chef absence.
• Excellent English and communication skills
• A real passion for desserts
• A positive and creative attitude towards their work
• Passionate and eager to learn and not afraid to work hard.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Able to work well in a team and follow recipes
• Able to work a flexible roster, early start in the morning
• High cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Cheerful and bubbly team member who loves interacting with people

Roles and responsibilities:

The right candidates will be required to:

Produce a variety of desserts and viennoiserie following recipes, instructions from the head pastry chef.

Products are unique and top of the range in quality.

Manage work flow according to production levels

Manage stock to ensure that products are fresh and always able to meet demand

Above average award rate to start with, dependent on experience.

We have 2 positions available: For a strong sous pastry chef, can be a leader in the absence of the head pastry chef, and a CDP position for a clean and organized team player who can follow instructions from senior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
