To be considered:
- A full working knowledge of HACCP and OHS
- High volume experience
- Minimum 2 years' restaurant experience
- Keen eye for detail and food presentation
- Customer focused and positive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience
- Commercial Cookery Certificate 4
- Well groomed and have impeccable hygiene standards
- Experienced in managing a small team.
