You will be joining a fun and driven team working with an innovative cruise sales division of one of the world’s biggest and best leisure businesses.
As a reasonably new division of the business, you will be working in an environment with the feel of a start-up but the financial backing of an industry heavy-weight.
Due to the partnerships and targeted marketing of the business, leads are warm and plentiful allowing for a large volume of quality opportunities coming through the phones.
Full product training will be provided so industry experience isn’t a must. The role would suit someone coming from a position managing a high-volume call centre sales team.
What you will be doing:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring of a team of tele sales consultants as well as setting KPIs, providing feedback and strategies to help your team hit those KPIs.
This is a call-centre sales environment and experience managing a team within this environment is imperative.
