An opportunity has arisen at The Builders Club for a customer service driven Duty Manager, this position is ideal for a hospitality management professional whose attributes, experience and skills set add value to one of the Illawarra's premier venues. Responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the club you manage compliance and lead staff to achieve operational and customer service goals.
Skills and experience
- Current A and G Competency Card;
- Two years experience in a similar role;
- Outstanding leadership skills and experience;
- Exceptional understanding of all relevant compliance obligations and the ability to achieve them;
- Ability to mentor and motivate staff;
- Must be a team player
- Understanding and experience with "Loyalty Programs";
