The Melbourne Eastern Private Hospital (TMEPH) is a 60 bed private hospital with two theatres and an endoscopy suite that provides surgical, rehabilitation and medical services.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Food Services Coordinator required for a growing Community Hospital:

DUTIES
- Staff management including efficient rostering, recruitment, performance management and training
- Cooking and menu planning
- Managing a range of dietary requirements and modified diets safely within guidelines
- Budget control and food costing
- Managing health and hygiene procedures
- Ordering and stock control
- Knowledge of Hospital Accreditation Processes and Health Governance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous management experience in a high volume contracts within Hospital Food Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional planning, organisational and analytical skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
- Working knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations
- Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
- Certificate III or higher in commercial cookery
- Current Food Hygiene Certificate
- Current National Police Check
