We are now seeking a vibrant and dynamic Housekeeping Manager to join our team to lead a well-established existing team within a well-known 5 star hotel, in Airport area.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with both clients and staff
• High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Hard working, punctual and reliable
• High level communication and customer service skills
• Strong understanding of rostering, productivity and budgeting
• Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety compliance
• Demonstrated understanding of Hospitality Industry (General) Award compliance
• The ability to motivate a large team and lead by example
• Well groomed with a positive work attitude and high work standards
• Passion for your role and the industry
