We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our successful head office. You will be primarily responsible for client account management, coordination and customer service. 
 
About the Role

• Filling high volume client job orders
• Confirming rosters
• Attending Toolbox meetings
• Monitoring picking rates
• Client liaison and account management ensuring high quality customer service
• Building and maintaining professional client relationships
• Building professional rapport and working relationships with employees
• Interviewing potential candidates
• Administration tasks as required

About You

• Proven experience working in a warehousing/ logistics or hospitality environment
• A Solid understanding of the importance of a professional, yet personal approach to relationship management
• Impeccable customer service and relationship building skills
• The ability to work well as part a small yet highly efficient team
• Your own transport and current drivers licence
