One of the largest hotel management groups in Asia Pacific, StayWell Holdings and its parent company Prince Hotels Inc. are searching for a conscientious and results orientated Live in General Manager. The position is based in the Hunter Valley and requires a flexible candidate who is an experienced hands-on operator.
We are looking for a dedicated, customer orientated manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as either an Executive Assistant Manager or Hotel Manager. Previous experience in a Managed Letting Rights environment with at least 50 rooms as well as maintenance and front office know-how would be advantageous.
The remuneration of this position depends on the candidates' experience, education, and personal attributes and is within the range of $ 60,000 to $65,000 per annum plus government guarantee superannuation. Modern accommodation is provided.

Qualifications:

Body corporate management knowledge
Hirum PMS experience
Knowledge/Experience

Financial understanding and experience in preparing and monitoring budgets
Analysing P&L statements and planning remedial action
Proven knowledge of yield management actions and principles
