Skills and attributes required:
- Keen sense of motivation and strong work ethic.
- Dedication to consistently producing quality products.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team.
- Thorough knowledge of pasteurizing processes.
- Experience and skill in the use of small batch freezers.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Programs (HACCP),
- Knowledge of recipe balancing preferable.
