The Bentleigh Club is a community based members club. We have a Bistro that seats 115 customers and two large function rooms.
About The Role
We are seeking a qualified Sous Chef who can manage every aspect of our food trade in the absence of the head chef. Previous experience in a Club or Hotel environment is advantages but not essential. Previous experience in functions is required. We are an ever growing business and are looking for a hard working chef who is passionate about food.
