About the role:
We have multiple positions available including Chef de Partie, Pizzaiolo, Dough Stretchers + all round Casual Cooks

Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a busy & fast paced environment
- Work well within a positive team
- Well-presented & maintaining the highest of standards at all times
- Motivated & well organised
- Passion for excellent quality food, produce and service
- Assist in the day to day running of the relevant sections/s
- Support, lead and inspire a large culinary brigade (permanent and casual) to ensure a highly skilled, well organised and motivated team
- Support the creation of industry leading menu concepts with a focus on in house produced seasonal menu
Skills and experience:
- Knowledge on kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Honesty & integrity
- Able to take and give direction
- Able to work nights & weekends
- Able to work in Australia
- Fluent and strong English skills
- Full Availability
- Fast and efficient approach to your work
- Minimum 2 year's experience
