Cliftons growth is accelerating and we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced customer focussed professional to join our vibrant Melbourne team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering outstanding room set ups, booking management and customer service to our clients - across two Cliftons sites in Melbourne.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee and participate in daily room set ups, maintenance and team standards ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times
- Lead and motivate the back of house team - inspiring everyone to be the best they can be every day
- Setting an excellent standard of exemplary customer service, and proactively dealing with all feedback
- Ensure all areas are operated and maintained in a hygienic and safe manner
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment
- Physically fit and able to lift and position corporate equipment
- Sound computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, adaptable and able to think on your feet
- Calm under pressure, and able to make intelligent and effective decisions
- Outstanding customer service skills
The hours of work are from approximately 12:00pm to 9:00pm Monday to Friday. Flexible availability is key as coverage for weekend shifts will also be required at times.
