Delaware North Companies Australia is excited to begin recruiting for our brand new outlets and restaurants as part of Sydney Central Rail Stations redevelopment. So if you have a passion for the hospitality industry, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Delaware North is a market leader in the catering and hospitality industry with a portfolio spanning: sporting stadiums, airports, education, leisure and entertainment venues across Australia and New Zealand. We will be opening 5 new outlets to join our current Switchman café at the venue. These offerings include; Eternity Restaurant & Bar, our Central Food Market (including the individual offerings of Convenience, Bakery, Grill and Fresh), and our 2000 Acres Café.
Responsibilities
- Be able to demonstrate solid skills in food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining WHS and HACCP policies and procedures
- Food Safety including temperature and quality checks, managing cross contamination etc
- Preparation of ingredients, garnishes and other associated meal items
Criteria / Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Commercial Cookery (Desirable)
- Current Food Hygiene Certificate (Required)

Availability
We require availability across 7 days a week. Must be available for approx. 21-38 hours a week.
