About the Role
Full time Pastry Commi Chef with experience in a high end a la carte restaurant
Assist and operate a section of the kitchen to grow and develop into a Chef de partie leader
Cross training in all sections with in a large kitchen environment
About You
Passion for food
Great attention to detail
Work well within a team
1 to 2 years experience in a high end restaurant
