Duties & responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all customers receive the AKIBA experience
- Lead and motivate the team
- Maintain the energy and atmosphere of the floor
- Manage bookings, assist with budgets and rosterring
Skills and experience
- At least 2 years' experience in management position
- Genuine passion for hospitality and providing an amazing customer experience
- Desire to grow and develop your career
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Great at problem solving in a busy atmosphere
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in fine dining
