Join our opening team for B.Lucky & Son's Melbourne Central.

The Opportunity
We are looking to find some hard working kitchen gurus to work in our busy kitchen.
The role will include the following:

• Preparation and delivery of our B.Lucky & Son's restaurant menu and function food menu;
• Adhering to our high level of food presentation;
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness; and
• Championing kitchen health and safety.

About You
You should have:

• A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation;
• Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prepare and think ahead;
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures;
• Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team;
• A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;
• Great availability, including weekends and nights;
• Excellent communication skills; and
• Reliability and punctuality.
