Manager required for Croutons Fine Foods, a busy upmarket Food store / café / catering business in Kooyong. Business hours of operation are currently Monday to Saturday daytime. The position is Full Time working 5 days per week within these days. If you have a passion for fine food, experience in staff management, customer service and food presentation & handling and have great food knowledge then this is perfect. Successful applicant must be a great leader, creative, hard working, well organised and work well in a small team. This position involves working closely with the owner, managing all aspects of the business; staff, customer service, food production and presentation, marketing, function co-ordinating and catering.
