Exciting opportunity to work with an experienced Facility Manager as a Care Manager / Deputy Director of Nursing in a large Aged Care facility.

THE ROLE
Your main responsibility will be to provide the highest level of clinical care and customer service to all your resident's and their family. Some of your duties will include;

• Liaise closely with an experienced and down to earth Facility Manager who has been in the industry for over 10 years - they can help and mentor you
• Manage and support your care staff team; you will have a highly supportive and experienced team to work with you and make your job easier. They have a great family-bond in the aged care home and have excellent communication.
• You will oversee the ACFI, Quality and further educate / mentor your team. 
• Excellent customer service to all residents and their families

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A successful candidate will need to be a current Registered Nurse with previous management or leadership experience in an aged care facility. Skills and experience required:

• Current registered nurse qualification and AHPRA registration
• Care Manager / Deputy Facility Manager experience required
• 5+ years aged care experience
• Excellent understanding of accreditation and continuous improvement within an aged care facility
