Our client is a highly respected, Not For Profit Organisation based in southern Sydney, near Caringbah (2229)

Our client specialise in Dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation and older person's mental health services. 

About The Role:

• As a facility manage, you will be in charge of coordinating and leading the day to day functioning of the home
• Supporting care team and ensuring delivery of high quality of care for residents
• showcase great leadership, guidance and respect to the residents and Care Staff -
• Efficient operational and financial management of the Facility

About You:

• Current AHPRA registeration
• Tertiary qualifications or working towards.
• Experience managing a residential aged care facility
• Strong working knowledge of ACFI, Quality and the Accreditation processes 
• Experience in Dementia care is not essential, although you must show interest. 
• Ability to lead, support and motivate staff members
• Good business acumen
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
