Regional Manager- Aged Care/Community - Strategic Position - Melbourne

An opportunity exists in their Community sector- Aged Care for a forward thinking, consumer focused, strategic planner. You will oversee CHSP, HACC and other direct to government funded services, staff management and complaints management.

The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager you will drive the strategy of the home care services to ensure growth and service improvement. This will involve, strategic planning, policy development, service development, analysing client feedback, driving and mentoring staff to ensure client satisfaction.
