Key Account Manager - Animal health portfolio - NSW

Your new company
Are you looking for a new opportunity with a family orientated company in animal health where you are a part of a team that has a strong Australian heritage? This company prides themselves on their family feel culture where you can build your network whilst being surrounded by supportive colleagues. Do you have sales and account management experience? As KAM you will be responsible for managing and acquiring a large product portfolio across Australia. You will have pharmaceutical /animal health sales experience but also be open to new and interesting products and clients

Your new role

  • Achieve sales budget according to assigned goals and analyses sales performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
  • Identify opportunities with state and other tenders or related contracts
  • Enhance the company’s image and brand through professional behaviour
  • Increase market share and gain new accounts through effective account management practices
  • Facilitate customers request for relevant materials or scientific information as per local procedure

What you'll need to succeed

  • A passion for sales in animal pharma
  • 3 years pharmaceutical/ Veterinary sales experience
  • Product experience
  • Teamwork and loyalty
  • Strong people skills, confident in a sales environment and able to build strong working relationships
  • Flexibility to travel with a driver’s license
  • To be efficient and take the initiative as Key Account Manager
