Senior Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
Shoalhaven & surrounding area
Reporting to the State Manager of NSW you will be working within a very busy environment, have great communication and lateral thinking skills.
What’s the role all about?
- Positive and effective support/guidance/shadowing & training to a team of therapists
- Induction and mentoring of therapists
- Supervising/mentoring Limited Registered therapists
- Clinical training such as manual handling
- Client Satisfaction Meetings
- Provide assessment, treatment/intervention and consultative services to clients, engaging in clinical work that is guided by evidence based practice
- Assist in supporting organic growth and customer retention
- Initiating innovation and constant improvement in W&L’s clinical service delivery
What you will need to succeed?
- Fully registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
- Strong customer service focused
- Flexibility to work across sites as per required in the delivery of mobile health services to clients
- A strong team approach and the ability to lead and mentor with an ability to work consultatively
- High level skills in the delivery of clinical supervision and service delivery preferably in aged care and a working knowledge of ACFI
- Results oriented thinking
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation and standards of practice.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic, energy, passion and commitment
- Intrastate travel is required
- Current driving license and reliable vehicle
- Impeccable references
