The Company

This company prides themselves on being able to deliver the highest level of care to their clients and has passion for seeing injured workers returning to work. Due to the continuing success and expansion of the company, they are now seeking a Registered Psychologist to join their team.

Role
You will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients in returning to work or finding employment, by overcoming illness or injury
• Working with clients and their supporters to reduce the impact of mental health concerns
• Working with clients and supporters to determine the client's needs
• Counselling clients, encouraging positivity and assisting with finding the cause of behaviour
• Liaising with families and other third parties including insurers and relevant government bodies
• Providing case management under WorkCover WA frameworks

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology
• 12 months' experience operating as a Registered Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor
• Exposure to WorkCover and WA legislation is highly beneficial, however not essential
• APHRA registration is essential
