About You
As the CNC you need to have worked as this level and be a strong leader with previous staff Management experience. 
Community Service experience is preferred, although not essential. 

About the role
As the CNC you would be involved in Procedural, client risk and team meetings. 
The primary purpose is to manage staff and hold a small case load of clients, with currently 6 direct head reports 2 X RNs and 4 X ENs providing Community Care to the aged clients.  Strong leadership skills and communication skills are essential for this role. You would also be responsible for financial and budget management. This is a fantastic work/life balance Monday - Friday 9-5 role.
