Carers and Support Workers South East Suburbs
Professional and experienced Disability & Aged Care Carers and Support Workers required for in-home clients in the South East and Bayside suburbs. 
  
We currently have positions available for Disability and Aged Care Carers and Support Workers. Shifts range from weekdays, weekends and overnight and whilst you will be required to work out of the clients’ homes majority of the time, you may be required to assist in our clients’ state of the art facilities as well upon request.

The role:
  

• Providing support to our clients for them to be able to live independently in their own homes
• Assisting with social outings
• Being present for medical appointments
• Personal hygiene support
• Assisting with general domestic and household tasks

  
About you:
  

• You have prior experience within the Healthcare industry, ideally with Aged Care
• You have a strong passion in caring for our elderly
• You are the type of person who goes above and beyond in your role
• You are willing to undertake training that may be requested of the client
• A Satisfactory National Police Check is held, or you are willing to obtain one
• A Satisfactory Working With Children’s Check is held, or you are willing to obtain one
• You have a current Level 1 First Aid Certificate
• You hold a valid drivers licence and have your own reliable transport
• You currently reside in the South East and Bayside suburbs of Melbourne
