Chroma Dermatology is looking for a medical receptionist to join the team. We value a friendly, efficient and collaborative work environment.

We are located in a commercial precinct in Wheelers Hill, a few minutes from the Wellington Road exit of the M1 and Eastlink freeways. Ample car parking available onsite.

Your role will include:

• Greeting patients and managing patient registrations
• Answering phone calls and messages
• Booking and confirming patient appointments
• Processing patient billings and Medicare claims
• Handling correspondance to and from the clinic 

To excel in this role, you will need

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of and proficiency in Genie software
• The ability to effectively prioritise, organise and time-manage
