Brunswick Dental Group is a well established practice with 5 surgeries and has been servicing Brunswick and the surrounding community for over 70 years

We are seeking an experienced and qualified senior nurse to assist the principal dentist with the running of the 5 surgeries.

This is a full time position from Monday to Friday and some Saturday morning. It will suit someone who is already in a senior role or, someone who is looking to further their career with this senior position.

The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role and be willing to develop and grow with the business.

As part of this role, you will be looking after stock control and equipment maintenance. 

A good knowledge of D4W and Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Dental assisting

Ordering of stock

Management of Stock

Equipment Maintenance

Basic reception duties

Requirements:

5 years experience nursing and/or as a senior nurse in a busy multi room practice

Ordering dental supplies, checking invoices and rotation of stock

Maintenance of dental equipment such as autoclaves, dental chairs, xray machines etc

Occupational health and safety legislation

Infection Control regulations

Attributes:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Exceptional Time Management skills. 

Well groomed and well organised

A team member willing to assist and, lead a team of dental assistants

Implement, organise and manage processes and procedures in relation to the smooth running of the practice

Be accountable for your actions and show leadership within the team

Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications
