The Department of General Medicine has available a 12 month position as Rheumatology Fellow (1.0EFT), commencing February 2019. The position is based at the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne.
The position will provide an advanced trainee in Paediatrics with experience and training in Rheumatology. RCH is accredited by the Royal Australasian College of Physicians as a Rheumatology Training site, one of only two such sites in Australia.
The Rheumatology Fellow position provides a full clinical service including assisting the consulting service in Rheumatology, teaching (undergraduate and postgraduate medical/nursing staff) and inpatient and outpatient involvement.
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Police Check and Working With Children Check. In addition, all International Medical Graduate applicants will need to have passed the IELTS test (results must indicate a score of 7 or above in all bands) in order to apply for this position.
