With over 20 years in the industry, we are an innovative Aged Care provider who focuses on continuing to achieve the best outcomes possible for our residents and our staff.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to join the WA team in our brand new, picturesque Port Coogee facility. This new role will commence early July, and you will be provided with a well-structured, 5 week on-boarding plan to set you up for success.
The Opportunity:
Overlooking the Port Coogee Marina with expansive views of the ocean, you will experience working in one of Regis’ state of the art homes, as a founding team member.
As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for full clinical oversight of the facility including all clinical reporting and documentation. You will have oversight, support and management of all nursing and care staff including training and development.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Full clinical oversight of the facility
- All clinical reporting and documentation
- Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff
- Oversight of all specialised nursing
- Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent compliance with all Aged Care standards and Regis Quality Care policies and procedures
- Ensuring all staff adhere to safe practices and follow all WHS requirements
Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team, you will work diligently to ensure consistent compliance with all Aged Care standards and Regis Quality Care policies and procedures.
About you
You will be an experienced Clinical Manager with a hands on approach to your role, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
You will have:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Clinical Manager
- A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
- Capability and experience in leading a team
- Strong IT skills including previous experience using a care management system
- A robust approach to managing your time effectively and ability to work within deadlines
