The Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time (60 hours per fortnight) Therapy Assistant  to join the our team at Regis Day Therapy Centre, based in Nedlands.

As a Therapy Assistant, your role will be:

  • Help to develop care plans, and carry out treatment regimes
  • Build up supportive and positive relationships with clients, their families and medical advisors.
  • Document beyond scope treatments
  • Effectively communicate to line managers and all relevant staff information/issues/ concerns relating to clients needs

 

About You

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, recognising when matters require referral to the program manager
  • Demonstrated understandng of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters and Codes of Practice.
  • A Certificate IV Aged Care or equivalent
  • A current drivers licence with clear driving record
