About the Role
  
To provide excellence in customer service to existing and potential customers and the internal customers of the company. Particularly in answering all customer enquiries accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. To engage with customers and proactively seek solutions to customer enquiries by providing outstanding customer experiences which will encourage customers to use us again.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • To accurately transfer all customer orders onto sales system received either by phone, fax, internet or verbally. To prepare customer quotations accurately, quickly and completely including all relevant information.
  • To resolve customer complaints with empathy
  • To develop working relationships with internal and external customers that help to enhance the business of the company
  • To diligently participate in achieving and maintaining key performance targets when established from time to time.
  • Create opportunities/leads for, and follow up opportunities/leads presented by, other team members.
  • To manage and adhere to all customer service processes. Especially order taking and processing, pricing and quotations, departmental organization.
  • To maximise revenue and profit at all times through proper and ethical channels – _To act at all times in an ethical and professional manner
  • To adhere to excellence in customer service while achieving sales goals, providing the best reproducible service to SSS customers at all times.
  • To be a team player and enjoy your work and contribute to the enjoyment of others. 
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Customer service experience in the healthcare industry
  • An empathic approach to all customers
  • Experience handling high volume calls with a clear and professional telephone manner 
  • Be process driven, solution focused and highly organised 
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent phone manner with customers
  • Knowledge within the health care industry & products
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service record
  • A hard working, diligent & professional commitment to your work
