The Role
We are currently seeking a driven Sales Representative/Medical Liaison Officer to join our NSW team on a full-time basis, to deliver growth to HIS through selling our services to our Sydney metro local referrers. Your focus will be to develop the brand and awareness of our services with a consistent message in your territory by driving strategic sales initiatives and managing new and existing referrers whilst communicating with all internal stakeholders.
  
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Targeting, prioritizing, developing and fostering strong relationships with referrers including GPs and Specialists 
• Development of sales plans in conjunction with management
• Regularly meeting with management to monitor and adjusting sales plan
• Data collection and analysis of referral patterns
• Regular reporting to management on sales activities and associated results
• Ordering and dispersing literature and referrals to achieve growth objectives
• Executing of national and state sales and marketing strategy (includes national marketing campaigns)
• Effectively communicating and engaging with all key stakeholders (radiologist, site manager, area manager, MLO’s)
• Managing referral requirements for all existing and new referrers in the assigned territory to achieve growth objectives
• Providing Feedback to the business on all received market information
• Working collaboratively with all members of the MLO team
• Thorough understanding of technology systems relating to role and the promotion of these technologies.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
  
Essential:

• Previous sales experience
• Computer Literacy (i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• CRM Tools i.e. Salesforce
• High Standard of Communication – written and verbal
• Professional personal presentation
• Commitment to delivering Exceptional Customer Service to Referring Practitioners
• Highly motivated and well organised
• Flexible working hours to attend clinical education events outside business hours
• Enthusiastic and honest
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team

Desirable

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (i.e.  Health science related) or previous professional experience
• Certificate of Medical Terminology
• Certificate III Customer Service and/ or Essential Selling Skills
