Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Coordinator you will provide exceptional administrative support and service to our clients and internal staff alike. This is an administration focused role, and it is essential that you have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi task, have the client and their needs forefront in your mind in everything you do, and outstanding communication skills.
This is an established role that requires an organised and methodical administrator/client service specialist who enjoys the challenge of client contact and administration work.
Your responsibilities may include administration of all Pre Employment functions from bookings to results processing, data entry and reporting for Injury Management functions, and monitoring and responding to customer queries using phone, email and messaging systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-tasks concurrently, be flexible with changing priorities and have the ability manage conflicting demands
• The capacity to work independently with minimal supervision whilst collaboratively working in a team environment
• Your can-do attitude, bright personality and friendly, professional manner will see you succeed in this role
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in all MS Office Suite Products
