Carinya Lodge Homes Inc has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at our 43 bed Aged Care facility. We are looking for a suitably qualified, passionate team leader who can support and engage our team to ensure growth and development into the future. This position is a newly created position and is Monday to Friday with no shift work. Carinya is a not for profit organisation that is run by a volunteer Committee of Management in South Gippsland.
Responsibilities Include
- Management and coordination of day to day resident care
- Undertake auditing and analysis as required
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation including notes, admissions and ACFI
- Monitor and oversee staff in day to day delivery of care, meals and housekeeping
- Liaise with Clinical Manager regarding clinical issues
- Clinical stock and aids procurement and management
Qualifications and Experiance
- RN Div 1 Registered with AHPRA
- Strong understanding of Aged Care legislation, Accreditation Standards and ACFI
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Aged Care
