The AMS Consulting Group (Aust) Services provides award winning advice and solutions to individuals, employers and organisations within injury management, occupational rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
Over the past decade, AMS Consulting established a reputation as an industry leader in Occupational Rehabilitation and private consultancy. Due to continued growth, AMS Consulting are looking to add an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to our Victorian-based team.
This role offers you the opportunity to: work alongside our experienced consultants; be supported by or expert leaders; and be part of a company that encourages development and growth of its staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across our entire customer base and delivering an incomparable service. You will be working within the OES team, to ensure that AMS Consulting maintains our presence as a leader in Occupational Rehabilitation industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you will undertaking the following (but not limited):
- Worksite Assessments
- Functional Capacity Evaluations
- Pre Employment Screening
- Manual Handling training
- Treatment
- ADL Assessments
- Return to Work plans (development and implementation)
- Onsite injury management, intervention and training
- Meeting Worksafe guidelines
To be successful for this role you will have the following skills:
- Registered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, or other allied health professionals
- Experience working within an Occupational Rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
- Articulate written and verbal communication
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Exceptional customer service
- Quality focus within service delivery, communication, correspondence and outcomes
- Results driven
