Sylvanvale is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Therapy Practice Manager to lead the talented Therapy Hub, consisting of dedicated allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Clinicians and Speech Pathologists.  

Reporting to the Manager, Business Services, the role will be required to manage all non-clinical elements of the Hub, assisting in growth and planning of the services to ensure efficient day to day operations.

Essential Experience:

• Previous experience in a Practice Manager role or similar
• NDIS operations experience
• Experience supervising others and leading teams
• Knowledge and experience in cognitive rehabilitation
• Knowledge and experience in the areas of assisting technology, equipment prescription and postural management
• Knowledge of manual handling principles
• Experience providing therapy services to people with disabilities in a community setting
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary team
• Understanding of person/family centred planning principles
• Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Disability Services Standards and Occupational Safety and Health legislation

Mandatory requirements:

• NSW Drivers Licence
• Current Working with Children Certificate
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Tertiary qualifications relevant discipline or approved equivalent
