Clinical Nurse Consultant
AutumnCare is a leader in clinical solutions for the aged care industry. With offices in Perth, Melbourne and the UK, we develop innovative clinical software for our extensive and growing customer base across Australia and internationally.
AutumnCare Clinical Consultants implement our clinical management software with new clients and develop the clinical component of the AutumnCare Product range. All activities are focussed on assisting our Clients to manage the provision of care for Residents and Consumers and to deliver efficiency gains through the use of AutumnCare.
We are looking for a driven, passionate Clinician to join our dynamic Clinical Team and make a difference to the lives of people in aged and community care. Clinician roles will be based in Perth.
The Clinical Team's primary objectives are to:
- To research clinical trends in aged care
- To develop clinical enhancements to the AutumnCare Product range including form development based on the research
- Liaise with AutumnCare's Sales and Support and Implementation teams to provide a smooth implementation and post implementation handover
- Provide training to Clients in AutumnCare Products
- Provide training to Colleagues in current aged care legislation and impacts on Clients
- Support the Sales and Marketing Team in sales roadshows.
- Participate in Client account management
The selection criteria for the Clinical Consultant are:
- Extensive experience and/or tertiary qualifications in aged care Nursing, Clinical Governance or Accreditation
- Extensive knowledge of current legislation governing the Aged Care Sector and the requirements this transfers to aged care facilities
- Excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical and change management skills
- Highly motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Capacity to travel for sales support, User Group participation and client implementations
