About You
- Experienced RN comfortable working in a large facility 120+ beds
- Comfortable acting as a nurse in charge or assisting the Clinical Manager and Clinical Nurse as needed
- Willing to collaborate and assist in understanding ACFI principles
- Team player that can work well with Carers and EN staff
- Track record of positively influencing the culture of an aged care facility in a close knit community
What’s on Offer
- RN pay in accordance to level of experience with incentives for on call and nights if needed
- Full time hours - 38 hours a week - permanent work day afternoon and night hours available
- A full orientation program is provided for all new staff to get you familiar with systems and processes
- Part time and full time options are available
