Experienced Full Time Practice Manager
We are currently seeking an Experienced Practice Manager or Head of Dept looking to develop their career with an established professional history in Radiology.
Opportunity to work within a fully integrated imaging practice and one of the largest and most modern in Australia, committed to making quality patient care in partnership with the referring doctors as our primary goal.
We aim to offer our patients the highest level of medical care through pioneering onsite medical imaging, fully integrated digital operating theatres, an innovative research base and medical teams of professionals drawn from around the globe.
We provide patients with a full range medical imaging from General Radiology, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, Angiography, PET and Nuclear Medicine and MRI.

- Point of Contact for Referrers
- Liaise with Management Team & Heads of Dept
- Liaise with all stakeholders of the business
Core Competencies:
- Proven Radiology work history as Practice Manager or Head of Dept
- Knowledge of medicare billings
- Ability to work with multiple groups at various levels
- A high degree of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership & customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service and quality assurance principles;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel, verbally and in writing;
- Well presented, professional, enthusiastic, hardworking;
- Ability to adapt and respond to change.
