About the Role:
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for providing technical pharmacy services to support the pharmacist, including dispensing, and general stock management activities. This is a full time position based at Calvary John James Health campus in Deakin. This role is available in a full time capacity on a 12 month maximum term contract and reports to the Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications to patients
- Assist in dispensary delivery and collection rounds
- Pharmacy and stock management duties
- Process the PBS claim
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with patient account enquiries
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to dispense with the FRED dispensing software preferred (training provided if needed)
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Ability to address client needs with confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism
- Pharmacy dispensary experience preferred
