The Position
We are looking for an exceptional Naturopathic Technical Support Consultant to join our team covering a fixed term maternity leave position. Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Naturopathic Technical Support Manager, this is a key full-time position for 14 months. The focus of this role is providing first line naturopathic technical support for our valued customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting Integria customers via phone and email with enquiries regarding products (including information on dosages, indications, safety, and ingredients).
- Assisting Integria customers with treatment options for a range of health conditions.
- Assisting Integria customers with questions regarding supplement-drug interactions and adverse reactions.
- Providing naturopathic technical information to Integria customers as required.
The Person
We are looking for a qualified naturopath who:
- Is passionate about natural healthcare, with exceptional herbal medicine knowledge.
- Has a minimum 5 years clinical experience.
- Has current membership with a natural medicine association (e.g. ANTA, ATMS, NHAA)
- Has a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Has excellent naturopathic technical knowledge.
- Wants to work as part of a team
- Has degree qualifications in Naturopathy with at least 5 years’ experience in the natural healthcare industry.
- Is computer literate and has experience with Microsoft Office products
