You will be responsible for emotionally supporting youth/adult clients and help motivate, provide social support and develop life skills; provide/prompt personal care, assist with domestic duties, administer medication and provide transport services to clients in the community. You will need to be committed to providing the highest standard of care and support, be able to build relationships with clients and maintain professional relationships.
  
You will need to meet the following mandatory requirements to be successful:

• A minimum of 6 months paid experience within Disability Support work
• Current NPC, WWC, First Aid Certificate and Medication Administration training or the willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• 2 professional industry reference checks

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers to support participants in the South Metro area due to the continuing growth of the Sector.
